Over the
counter medicines will be given to a student at school ONLY when the
medication is brought by the parent and the parent signs a medication
consent slip noting the name of the medicine and the time(s) it is to be
given. Students bringing any type of medication to school otherwise
may be subject to disciplinary action. Medication will be given by
administration. Written permission for acetaminophen must be on
file. Prescription drugs must have the prescribing physician's
signature on the Authorization or Administration Medications in the
office. |
